TO SEVER EMOTIONAL TIES

 

Here is something I use to  sever  emotional ties that are holding us back. i.e. ex partners- Bereavement etc.

It can also be used with people around you now, like if your having issues at work or with a child and your emotions are getting in the way, clouding your judgment and how you react. 

I also have a Meditation, which is very different from this but this is easier for people who find meditation difficult.  If anyone would like a copy of it, please ask and I’ll post it.

You will need a candle, incense, Ice cube tray, water and a pen and paper:

Light the candle and incense and ask for 'protection to be placed around yourself' and 'that this space be cleansed of any negative energy'.  Whilst doing this, set the Intent in Your mind that, you are about to free yourself from the restrictions that these emotional bonds have held you in.

Then, take the pen and paper.  Write on separate pieces, your name and the other person’s name. Place both names at opposite diagonal ends of the tray (folded)...Fill the tray with water and place it in the freezer and forget about it.

Whilst doing this repeat (chant) these words:

I ask for ALL emotional bonds/ties from (.....) to me and me to them, to be totally severed and that only unconditional Love remain. By the time this Ice Cube Tray is Frozen Over, then all Negative bonds will be frozen and broken.

I recommend drinking lots of water as you may detox for a couple of days. Most people notice a change in how they are feeling within a few days.  Some however may need re doing.  If things haven’t changed within a month, then I recommend doing it again.  Once you can think about that person without getting sad, angry etc, then either, bin the whole tray or some people wash them in salt and re-use them.
