In nomine nostre Satanis Luciferi excelsi!

In the name of Lucifer, King of the Earth, ruler of the world, I command the Forces
of Darkness to bestow their infernal power upon me!  
Open wide the gates of Hell and grant me the desires of which I speak!  I have
taken thy name as a part of myself, and live as the beasts in the field, rejoicing in
the fleshy life!  
Manifest my desires by answering to your most Unholy names; oh, hear the
names: Kali, Loki, Shiva, Shitan, Thoth!*
Shemhamforash!  Hail, Satan!

*There are actually several inferal names LaVey gives in the Satanic Bible, and
can be altered to suit one's taste.
