For each visitor to our site our Web server automatically logs the consumer's visit, but not the email address.

Within the website itself are various forms which we use to collect member and non member information regarding sightings and conspiracies. We also collect data via our application form and Emails sent to us.

Membership Application Form:

Please note that on our Membership Application form we ask people to supply Name, Address and E-mail.This information is required on our membership application as from October 2007.

Personal information is then kept on record for our organisation, so that we can keep in touch with our members and let them know of any changes that we implement. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be viewed at our head office by high ranking organisation leaders. It will not be used by or given out to any other members, non-members or companies.

At certain times some confidential information may be used in the members directory, however, this is purely the choice of the individual, and will not be used unless stated by the said member.

Certain information can also be used when a member becomes a department or country leader so that other members can contact them. Again though this is purely up to the individual, and will not be used if they prefer to keep all personal details private. We will always ask first.

We require all members to let us know of any name, address or e-mail changes as soon as is possible. Members under the age of 18 cannot be listed in our directory,

All this information is for our records only and will not be given to any third parties, unless ordered to do so by themselves or a court of law. We keep all confidential records in a safe and secure environment.

Online Sightings Forms:

Please note that on all our sightings forms we ask people to supply Name, Address and E-mail. We also ask if the information can be used on the website or in publications. However, ORRAR will omit adding your E-Mail and Postal Address automatically from being shown. These will be kept confidential and only used by ourselves to contact you if neccessary.

We would also like to point out that you can send us your sightings and keep all information private by clicking the button on the form. These sightings will then only be used by our ORRAR investigators.

We will when requested on a sightings case which we can use on our website or publications. keep your name confidential. However, this request must be added by you to the form in the Further Information area.

Further investigations may be carried out by an ORRAR investigator where required. If you do not wish for us to contact you with regards any sighting then this can also be added to the form so that we know you wish not to have the sighting investigated further.

All online sightings forms do have a Privacy Policy Statement attached for you to read.

Emails:

Email information can be kept according to what the consumer may have requested. Again all information collected via this medium will be kept using the same confidential and secure means as any application or sightings forms information.

Any application, sightings or Emails which are deemed to be uneccessary to be kept will be deleted.

Security:

ORRAR feels that it has appropriate online security and physical office security to protect against the misuse or alteration of information that we may have gathered by website or post.
