Writing Your Own Spells

So, just what is Spellcrafting?

Its the basic ability to fabricate and use Spells and Magick for any purpose that is currently needed. It ranges from the emergency spell that is sometimes needed in daily life to help with an immediate problem, to the longer range Spell that is carefully researched, crafted and executed to help with a personal growth issue or much larger problem . It's also the ability to wield Energy and perform Magick, from Shielding and Protection through to using Auras and Empathy.

Spell Writing..

Personally, I make all my own spells, however I rarely write them down because I have an excellent memory when it comes to things that are very important to me, but I do reccomend you write them down.

First  I will tell you the importance of making your OWN spells.. Doing spells from books and on the internet is not the most effective and best way of spellcrafting. It is good for those just starting out, however it is best to create your own spells. Doing spells made by others will bring the same effects they got from a spell.. Let me give you an example. Lets say someone puts a good luck spell on the internet. They used that spell for the intention of taking lucky positive energy from someone else or the world and not giving thanks, then they get bad consequences.. you come acrossed this spell and you use it but you used it to ask for good luck instead of stealing energy, even though you had good intensions, you're going to get the other persons consequences because it was originally their spell.

Lesson is : Personalize ALL your spells to make them your own and don't give them out to other people. I NEVER give spells out to other people, however I tell them what to do to make a certain spell or I will do it for them.

Now onto making your own spells. First you have to figure out what kind of spell you want to do. Next you have to decide how you want it down. If you want to do a small spell, find herbs that relate to the spell, get candles to coordinate and incense. Now if youre the chanting type and you want to say an incantation, just remember it does NOT have to rhyme. Rhyming sounds neater, but words are words, all chanting does is help you visualize, so rhyming has absolutely nothing to do with the effectiveness of the spell. Write down heartfelt words on what you want done.. the more emotional it is, the better. Emotions is the biggest ingredient for effective spells. Now once you got that down, its up to you on how to use the herbs and candles. If you wish to burn the herbs, put them in an glass ashtray or a microwave safe bowl, you might want to sprinkle on a little bit of lighter fluid to keep them burning, but NOT MUCH.. you don't want to burn the house down or if you have special coals to put in the bowl and put the herbs on top, those keep the herbs burning but that charcoal is hard to find. Its not the regular kind you use for BQ's .

You can also crush the herbs and sprinkle it around and on the candles, and don't forget the oil too. Now the oil you can find in many stores. I get mine from Target, theyre very cheap and have a nice selection. You annoint the candles and in the middle of your forehead and you always 'smudge' yourself.. meaning you take incense or the herbs that are burning and you brush the smoke all over your body and concentrate on the intention of the spell while you do so. When youre all done with that, sit down, make yourself comfortable, say your incantation while visualising on your goal, repeat as much as necessary and once you feel the goal becoming closer, give out your thanks and smother the candle flames and your done.
