MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Please note that on our Membership Application form we ask people to supply Name, Address and E-mail. This information is required on our membership application as from October 2007. Personal information is then kept on record for our organisation, so that we can keep in touch with our members and let them know of any changes that we implement. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be viewed at our head office by high ranking organisation leaders. It will not be used by or given out to any other members or non-members. Any membership application form incorrectly filled in without any of the above will be deleted by our automatic system, so please make sure that the form is filled in correctly. At certain times some confidential information may be used in the members directory, however, this is purely the choice of the individual, and will not be used unless stated by the said member. Certain information can also be used when a member becomes a department or country leader so that other members can contact them. Again though this is purely upto the individual, and will not be used if they prefer to keep all personal details private. We will always ask first. Members under the age of 18 cannot be listed in our directory, We keep all confidential records in a safe and secure environment.
