Robert Worrall
Our founder and leader Robert Worrall was born on 04 th June 1970 . His mother was Catholic and his father was Church of England.
Robert was raised in his early years as Church of England as his father would not allow Robert and his brother to become Catholic.
During his early years Robert found he had an interest in ghost stories and had some rather strange experiences himself.
While staying with his Nan he would feel very uneasy going into her bedroom for anything as he always felt someone was watching him. Robert always felt that somehow his grandfather who had died in February of 1970 was there watching. This dislike of going into her bedroom alone persisted until she moved many years later.
Robert also found out that he had similar feelings surrounding his Gran and Granddad’s house. This feeling however persisted all through Robert’s life till the death of his grandfather, when the house was sold. Many years later Robert would find out after his Gran had died that his grandparents had born a child before his father who had died as a baby. Was this what Robert was picking up in the house.
When Robert was 8 he began to realise that he liked all supernatural, unexplained and religious topics. He then started to begin trying to learn more about these things and at the age of 11 began reading everything he could on these subjects. Over the following years he actually read all the books in his local library on these subjects and began his own personal library to carry on learning.
When he reached 16 and had just left school Robert had a major accident falling from a wall and hitting his head on the floor. While travelling in the ambulance to hospital Robert found to his surprise that he was repeatedly asked by what he believed to be his guardian angel if he was alright. This again changed his view and began him on his present quest to help others.
It was around the age of 25 when he would begin to consider starting an organisation to help others around the world to learn more and understand all religions are one.
It was though only in 1998 that Robert decided to begin. However he chose really a terrible name for the organisation and only used word of mouth to let people know of it. The early name was as he thought following in the footsteps of Zoroaster and Confucius so he called his new organisation Robertism.
Then in 2000 Robert moved house and gained access to a computer at home. It was during this time that Robert first thought it may be better to use the internet to let people know of the new organisation. Over the next three years he made several attempts to start a website for the organisation but these were very poor attempts and only gained the interest of those who wished to abuse and cause website problems rather than help.
Then in 2003 he started the present website which was still being done when a new member pointed out that the actual name of the organisation was terrible. This member Aundrea from the United States then offered some new choices for the name of the organisation which Robert reviewed and chose what you all know to be Mother Goddess Gnostic Society.
Mother Goddess Gnostic Society
With the advent of the new name and better website Mother Goddess Gnostic Society began to grow rapidly from a small organisation to a more worldwide one. It was during this time that the organisation decided to have departments for different areas and to begin gaining information from the public about their ghost and UFO experiences.
It also began to sort out having people in charge of certain areas and trying to amass much information for the website as possible to help others around the world. Many members at this time started to send us their own personal experiences which then gave rise to department leaders writing articles on their chosen department.
Many new things appeared with this new name including our first proper logo.

This new logo though would over the next year be changed again as it was not very clear. The logo which was designed for Mother Goddess Gnostic Society next is still in use with the organisation today.

During 2004 and 2005 Mother Goddess Gnostic Society kept on growing and has rapidly gained members from many countries in the world.
Even though we have been growing as an organisation in every sense, many people still could not understand why an organisation to re-unite all religions would actually have the name Mother Goddess Gnostic Society. This name was actually used as we thought the Mother Goddess section would show that the first religion in the world was for the divine feminine. Gnostic was used to show that it was through gnosis (knowledge) that would help re-unite all, and society to show that we shared common culture.
So in 2005 a decision was made to begin the search for a more widely acknowledgeable name that nobody could misunderstand. This new name took a long time to sort and eventually we decided to use some of a motto we had started using already. (The Organisation to Re-unite All). This motto would be converted to what is now known as ORRAR.
ORRAR
The Organisation and Religion to Re-unite All Religions.
So as you now know this is our present and last name change. With the advent of this new name again we felt that it needed an easier logo for members to use.
The new logo though took much longer to design than the Mother Goddess Gnostic Society one as we also took into consideration being able to use it as a teaching aid. So as it was designed we took that into consideration and eventually came up with a logo that is not just to show who we are, but is also a Protection / Luck Talisman, Mandala and Teaching Aid. There are many things incorporated within and as you learn they will reveal themselves to you.

ORRAR continues to grow at a fantastic pace and we hope that all our members and non members will continue to help contribute in our goal to re-unite all religions back to the one.
Please feel free to ask us any questions if you have any as we are always here to help. It may take a while but we do pride ourselves on trying our best to answer every e-mail and letter. |
