Well I haven't had the pleasure of seeing them yet. Mostly cold spots and noises. I have had two specific cases, one in my closet and the other in the kitchen. They seem to growl and run up behind me. I do not find these entities a threat and have tried to communicate with them as well as I hear them everyday.

My husband has also witnessed this phenomena.
