Myths and Legends of Cheshire, Staffordshire & Derbyshire, known as the Three Shires.

Please help us, we are in need of local information and local myths and legends surrounding the above three counties.

We are especially interested in anything you may know about The Cloud, The Bridestones, Mow Cop, Lud Church, the Roaches, Hangingstone at Wincle, Shining Tor, Shutlingslow and Fools Nook, or any relating place.

If you have any old legends or myths which have been passed down to you on the above from relatives, then please let us know.

We would also like a copy of any interesting pictures of these areas or any information about supernatural / paranormal events which may have occurred.

This information is for our leader Robert Worrall who is studying the area he calls The Ancient Sacred Cloud Landscape.

This project is for a possible book on the subject due to so many members enquiring about this area.
